Shawn Mendez set to top charts

Shawn Mendez is set to top the charts with ‘Treat You Better’ – the first single from his forthcoming second album.

It continues his knack for a catchy pop melody over spritely guitar plucks, with a big bursting chorus.

And it looks like it’s going to be a big hit for Shawn. The song has already vaulted into the Top 5 on iTunes in the US and into the Top 10 in the UK.

‘Treat You Better’ serves as the follow-up to his UK No.1 single ‘Stitches’, which saw him properly breakthrough into the mainstream earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Shawn Mendes’ new album – the follow-up to his 2015 debut Handwritten – is expected to be released in September.
