Beady Eye confirm new album for 2013

 

Beady Eye have confirmed that work on their second studio album has started and is expected for release next year.

The Liam Gallagher-fronted band have teamed up with producer Dave Sitek for the follow-up to 2011’s Different Gear, Still Speeding.

The producer – best known as a member of TV On The Radio – has previously worked with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Scarlett Johansson.

“Beady Eye have returned to the studio to start on the follow-up to their Different Gear, Still Speeding debut album released last year,” a statement on the band’s website read.

Noel Gallagher recently said his brother’s band Beady Eye have “a good album in them”, adding that they “f**king need one”.
