Brian Conley has become the first star to quit the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle after suffering from a mystery illness.
An ITV spokeswoman said: “Brian Conley has left the jungle due to medical reasons” but refused to go into more detail.
The funnyman quit the show on Monday night even though he seemed to be having a great time dancing in a tutu with Ashley Roberts.
However, his departure does come just days after viewers of the ITV1 show saw him break down in tears after a confrontation with the heavyweight champion David Haye.
Brian’s row with the boxer sparked after the comedian flicked two burning logs on to the forest floor, but the two soon made up after talking through the altercation.
Whilst Brian secretly left the jungle, the rest of the campers prepared for Helen to face her seventh Bush Tucker Trial, where she successfully won five out of a possible twelve stars.
