Charlize Theron helps security guard at Oscars after seizure

Charlize Theron turned into a red carpet hero at last night’s Oscars, coming to the aid of a security guard who collapsed in front of her.

The Snow White and the Hunstman star – who was wearing a stunning white Christian Dior Haute Couture gown – helped the guard after he suffered a seizure.

Charlize was walking the red carpet when she rushed over to help the guard who had fallen to the ground outside of the Dolby Theatre, E! Online reports.

The actress was one of the few people around the man when he went down, and attempted to help him up, before someone else phoned a doctor.
