Cheryl Cole Tells Ashley To Stay Away From L.A?

Sources have claimed the Chelsea ace is keen to follow his ex-wife to the US…

Cheryl Cole has allegedly told ex-hubby Ashley Cole to stay away from her new base in Los Angeles.

Following reports that the Chelsea footballer has been stating he wants Chezza back,  Now magazine claims the Girls Aloud star is ‘furious’ with Ashley’s plans to move to America in the near future.

A source told the publication: “One reason Cheryl wants to move to the US is to escape the drama that follows her and Ashley.”

“She’s desperate for a clean slate, but she’s petrified that if Ashley follows her, the media will rake up her past.”

They added: “Cheryl’s suspicious that Ashley’s trying to keep tabs on her. In his head he still believes they have a future.”

Cheryl & Ashley back in happier times

Despite Ashley’s best efforts, the Fight For This Love hitmaker seems to finally be over her split from Cole, proving to be a huge hit at the first The X Factor USA auditions in LA earlier this week.

It has even been suggested that her track, Parachute, will be used by Ryan Murphy in an upcoming episode of Glee, with M Is For Music reporting that the song could be released as Cheryl’s first US single.

A source told the website: “He spoke to Cole’s people and they agreed to let the track be used. They are now thinking about releasing the song as her debut US single as it will be great exposure for her if used on such a well-loved show such as Glee.”

As for Ashley, Now claims the England ace is ‘oblivious’ to how his plans to move Stateside could affect Cheryl, with a pal of Cole’s telling the mag: “He’s coming to the end of his football career and needs to start thinking about the future.”

They added: “He wishes she’s realise that because he still loves her and he’d never do anything to shatter her dreams.”
