Chris Brown ordered back to rehab for 90 days

Chris Brown has been ordered back to rehab for 90 days.

Brown was in court on Wednesday for a progress hearing in his 2009 assault case, where the LA judge requested more information about his recent arrest in Washington DC.

Chris was arrested on suspicion of felony assault in Washington DC, after he and a second man were accused of attacking a man outside The W Hotel in the overnight hours of October 27.

Police later reduced the charge to a misdemeanour once Brown was released from jail.

The singer entered rehab on October 30 in Los Angeles, with his spokesperson saying at the time that Brown was trying to “gain focus and insight”.

Brown left the rehab facility and began outpatient treatment on November 14.

The musician will now be required to return to an in-patient treatment facility, where he will have to submit to drug tests.

Brown will also be required to take any prescription drugs recommended by his doctors.

The judge’s decision was in agreement with the probation department’s recommendation that Brown receive residential treatment.

Brown has not yet issued any comment on the judge’s ruling.
