Diddy arrested for assaulting sons football coach

Diddy has been arrested for allegedly attacking an American college football coach with a kettlebell weight during an altercation, according to a report.

The incident allegedly took place at an athletic facility on the campus of UCLA where his son Justin Combs attends and plays football.

The 45-year-old rapper – real name Sean Combs – was taken into custody at the campus jail on Monday afternoon, TMZ reported.

According to TMZ, Diddy was watching his son Justin play for the UCLA football team at the Acosta Athletic Training Complex on Monday (June 22). 

UCLA football coach Jim Mora said in a statement: “I’m thankful that our staff showed the level of professionalism that they did in handling this situation.

“This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved. While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time.”
