Four more acts leave The Voice UK

Cassius Henry, Toni Warne, Aleks Josh and David Julien became the latest acts eliminated from The Voice UK last night.

Team Jessie members Henry, Warne and Becky Hill were under threat of leaving the competition after Vince Kidd was revealed to be safe from the public vote.

Before making her decision Jessie said: “I’ve loved working with you guys – it has been a pleasure being on your journey and I’ll continue to be on that journey.

“I’m going to base my decision purely on the only role I’ve known to be on this show, as an artist.”

She then chose Becky Hill to take through with Kidd to the show’s semi-finals next week.

On Team Danny, Bo Bruce was safe from the public vote, leaving the Script frontman to choose between Josh, Julien and Max Milner.

He explained his decision: “It is so hard – I have such a tough field. My decision has to be on good instinct, and I genuinely think all of my team will be around, but I have to go with my gut and save Max Milner.”

Vince Kidd, Becky Hill, Bo Bruce and Max Milner, along with Team Tom’s Leanne Mitchell and Ruth Brown and Team will.i.am’s Jaz Ellington and Tyler James, will all compete in next week’s semi-final live show, which takes place next Saturday (May 26) at 6.30pm on BBC One.
