Frankie looks picture of health as she visits baby Aoife
Frankie Sandford looked the picture of health as she and boyfriend Wayne Bridge went to visit bandmate, Una Healy’s baby girl.
The Saturday’s star recently came clean about her absence from the band last year, bravely speaking about her fight with depression.
Frankie, 23, bravely revealed why she took time out off from the band last year, saying it was due to an ongoing battle with depression.
In a frank interview with Glamour, she said: ‘One night, I got upset because Wayne hadn’t bought the right yoghurts. I managed to convince myself he didn’t know me at all.
‘It set off this spiral of negative thinking – that if I disappeared, it wouldn’t matter to anyone.
‘In fact, it would make everybody’s life easier. I felt that I was worthless, that I was ugly… Every time I spoke to someone, I’d be thinking, “They probably think I’m a horrible person. Am I boring them?”‘
The pint-sized star was all smiles however, as she was later spotted heading off on holiday with boyfriend Wayne.
The couple were spotted arriving at London Heathrow Airport, with very little luggage – maybe that’s why Frankie needed to go shopping as she was seen browsing for new clothes at one of the many shops.
