JLS IN TALKS WITH RIHANNA

JLS star Ortise Williams has admitted that the boyband have been “in talks” with Rihanna to discuss the possibility of a collaboration.

Williams told BANG Showbiz that himself and the rest of The X Factor group are hoping to work with RiRi, revealing that when he met the Barbadian star, he tried to ask her out.

Ortise explained: “We are in talks to collaborate with Rihanna. Let’s see what happens there. We hope so. I tried to chat her up.”

“It was going well and then there were a few other guys on the prowl and I said, ‘You know what, I’ll step out because there’s others.’ I can’t say who.”

He added: “But she’s popular, very popular when she comes to England.”

As well as Rihanna, Williams confessed that JLS are also keen to work with the likes of Adele, Nicole Scherzinger and Jessie J.

He revealed: “We haven’t actually collaborated with a solo female artist apart from Kylie Minogue. Nicole Scherzinger would be amazing. We should give it a try.”

The Beat Again hitmaker added: “I’m a huge fan of Adele, I’d absolutely love to collaborate with Adele. That would be absolutely amazing. Also Jessie J. That would be very, very incredible.”

JLS also recently stated that they are keen to return to The X Factor as mentors, offering their services to judge, Louis Walsh.
