Lennox Lewis will return to the ring for $100m in Wladimir Klitschko showdown

Lennox Lewis is ready to make a dramatic return to boxing for a record $100million.

Lewis will fight WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko for the whopping fee, making it his first fight in over a decade, after he stopped Vitali Klitschko in the sixth round at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on June 21, 2003.

He claims he could be ready to fight Vitali’s brother Wladimir in May next year if he is paid a whopping £63million.

“That is my price tag and it is under discussion,” said Lewis.

“I have told them I can be ready in six months and I am in provisional training.

“I said at the time that it will take $50m to get me out of my pyjamas but now I have to consider the value of my legacy of having retired as undisputed champion. That will cost them $100m.”

Lewis also told the Daily Mail: “I beat Vitali so I would like to fight the other brother but we’ll see how it works out.”
