Liverpool v Everton team news
The team news is in and Dalglish has opted to pair Luis Suarez with Andy Carroll up front, with Jose Enrique left out and third-choice goalkeeper Brad Jones between the posts in the absence of Pepe Reina and Alexander Doni. For Everton, Leighton Baines and Tim Cahill return to the starting XI and January recruit Nikica Jelavic leads the line.
