Liz Hurley introduces ‘step daughter’ to Gossip Girl stars

Liz Hurley has introduced fiancé Shane Warne’s daughter to the stars of Gossip Girl.

The actress and model, who recently joined the US drama as media mogul Diana Payne, took 14-year-old Brooke on set with her last week.

Hurley wrote on Twitter: “Shooting Gossip Girl today with my future teenage stepdaughter Brooke in tow. Her first time on a set, so all very exciting!”

She later added: “The cast of Gossip Girl were so nice to SW’s daughter-autographs, photos-the lot. One v happy teenager.”

Brooke wrote on her page: “New York was fab! Everyone at Gossip Girl was amazing thanks for making my experience fantastic!”

Shane also wrote on the microblogging site: “My daughter just met Chace Crawford, Leighton Meister (sic) & Ed Westwick on set.. Her quote: Chace is so hot, he’s better than food.”

Crawford recently described Hurley as “charming” and “gorgeous”, adding: “She’s kind of the epitome… of the ideal woman.”

Shane’s ex Simone Callahan, who is the mother of Brooke, 12-year-old Jackson and 10-year-old Summer, admitted last year that Shane and Hurley’s engagement came as “a little bit of a shock” to her and her children, but added: “He can do what he wants.”
