NBA: LeBron James sets new record

LeBron James reached a personal milestone last night as he became the fifth player in NBA history to score 10 points or more in 500 consecutive games.

James scored 35 points in last night’s 104-95 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

James reached the milestone with a putback dunk on Norris Cole’s missed shot at 2:31 of the first quarter against the Raptors.

James became only the fifth NBA player to score 10 or more points in 500 consecutive games, joining an elite list of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Michael Jordan, Karl Malone and Moses Malone.
