Nicki Minaj ONLY wants Beyoncé collaboration

Nicki Minaj has said that she plans to cut back on collaborations, adding that Beyoncé is the only artist left she would like to work with.

The rapper revealed that she wants to limit her team-ups, after featuring on tracks by Madonna,David Guetta, Kanye West and Drake over the past year.

Asked which artist she would still like to work with, Minaj told US radio station Breakfast Club: “My fans want a Beyoncé collab. That’s the only one.”

The star also insisted that jibes from her fellow female contemporaries do not bother her and that she looks up to Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z.

“These little spats and these little issues, I rise to the occasion every time,” she added. “A lot of girls want it, but they haven’t been tested so much along the way.

“A rap battle, I could do that in my sleep now. I’m trying to get paper. I watch what Jay-Z did and I feel like if he could do it, I could do it. Just ’cause I’m a girl, doesn’t make me any different.”

Nicki Minaj is on course to claim her first UK number one album with Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded this weekend.

The collection is also expected to debut at number one on the UK Billboard 200 after analysts predicted first-week sales of 225,000 copies.
