Noel Gallagher tells Alt-J to f**k right off

Noel Gallagher has told the band Alt-J to “f**k right off”.

Gallagher said that aside from the track ‘Left Hand Free’, he is “in no way a fan of Alt-J”.

Speaking to Rolling Stone about the band, the High Flying Birds singer admitted to liking ‘Left Hand Free’, but made it known that he disliked the rest of the band’s material.

Noel Gallagher had a few choice words for Alt-J

“Alt-J can f**k right off as far as I’m concerned. [‘Left Hand Free’ is] a great tune, and I paid 79 pence for it, but I am in no way a fan of Alt-J.”

“One of them’s got a moustache, and that’s unacceptable,” he added.

Gallagher went on to discuss Taylor Swift, dissing the suggestion that people admire her for writing her own material.

“Who said that? Her parents?” quaffed Gallagher.

“Who’s ‘people’? Name these people. You’re f**king lying. She seems like a nice girl, but no one has ever said those words, and you fucking know it.”

Gallagher recently defended Ed Sheeran, saying: “He’s a good lad and I won’t have a word said against him.”

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will perform at this year’s T in the Park festival.
