Rangers eye EstonianĀ international full-back

It has been confirmed that Rangers are set to take Estonia international Enar Jaager on trial.

The 27-year-old right-back is currently a free agent after leaving Norwegian outfit Aalesund.

Jaager, who has also plied his trade in Italy and Russia, is now hoping to impress Rangers chiefs when he links up with them next week.

Jaager’s British representative, Carl Thomas of SEG, confirmed that he was joining Rangers next week.

“Enar is going into Rangers from Monday,” Thomas toldĀ Sky Sports.

“He is a very good player, and we feel he could make a big impact in the SPL.

“He will train with them for a week and hopefully he will do enough to convince Rangers he is right for them.”
