Quarterback back at full practice after missing last three games

Michael Vick expects to start for the Philadelphia Eagles against the Miami Dolphins after missing three games due to broken ribs.

The quarterback suffered two fractured ribs in a 21-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in week 10 of the NFL season.

Vick was forced to sit out the games against the New York Giants, the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks, with Vince Young taking his place under centre.

“I’ll absolutely be out there in Miami,” he said. “It felt great to be back out there with my team-mates and throw the ball around with them.

“Now, I have a little more confidence with my ribs. It feels like I haven’t played in months, so I’m excited to be out there.

“I wouldn’t say my ribs are 100 percent, but I’m getting better every day and I feel good.

The Eagles went 1-2 in Vick’s absence and are now 4-8 for the season, leaving them level with the Washington Redskins at the foot of the NFC East.
