Wayne Bridge sees red at Una Healy’s wedding

So the wedding may have gone off without a hitch but unfortunately the same can’t be said for the reception of Saturday’s star Una Healy and fiance (now husband) Ben Foden’s wedding, as footballer Wayne Bridge got himself into a bit of a scrap with one of the guests.

The Manchester City star was at the wedding with girlfriend (and Una’s bandmate) Frankie Sandford, however when the after dinner chat turned to that of Wayne’s ex-girlfriend, things turned a bit sour.

According to the Sun, the Manchester City footballer took offence to another guest, who had a few too many to drink, and started singing football songs about John Terry.

Terry, who was his best friend, slept with Bridge’s ex-girlfriend Vanessa Perroncel when they were both playing for Chelsea.

A source at the wedding told the paper: ‘One of the guests had a few too many and started singing Chelsea songs. It then developed into There’s Only One John Terry sung at the top of his voice towards Wayne.

‘Wayne’s a mild-mannered bloke but there was only so much he could take. He squared up to the punter. There was a bit of fisticuffs and they were pulled apart but it spoiled the mood for Wayne.’
