Zayne quits One Direction world tour
Zayn Malik has quit the One Direction world tour.
The 1D band member has been signed off with stress and will miss upcoming dates in Manila and Jakarta.
“Zayn has signed off with stress and is flying back to the UK to recuperate,” the group’s publicist Simon Jones told DYRT Magazine.
“The band wish him well and will continue with their performances in Manila and Jakarta.”
Malik will return to the UK to recover, however it has yet to be confirmed when he will return to the band.
Yesterday, Malik spoke out against the “jealous f**ks” who started rumours that he cheated on his fiancee, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards, after he was reportedly spotted with a ‘mystery girl’ in Bangkok.
Malik wrote on Twitter: “I’m 22 years old… I love a girl named Perrie Edwards. And there’s a lot of jealous f**ks in this world I’m sorry for what it looks like.”
