MTV Movie Awards: Vin Diesel sings tribute to Paul Walker

Vin Diesel sang a touching tribute to Paul Walker at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.

Singing ‘When I See You Again’, Vin paid tribute to his friend and co-star who was killed in a car accident in 2013.

The 47-year-old actor took to the stage wearing a Furious 7 T-shirt as the Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth track See You Again played. 

Vin, who was there to present an award, said of his pal: “Last time I stood on this stage, I was with my brother Pablo, so I love that little intro, you just played that song, that beautiful song.”

In a touching moment, the actor burst into the song himself, singing tunefully: “It’s been a long day without you my friend. And I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again.”

The actor then announced the nominees for Best Female Performance before presenting the award to Shailene Woodley.
