SPOTTED: Kim and Kanye out with baby North West for first time

Kim Kardashian has been spotted out for the first time since she gave birth to baby North West.

Kim and her boyfriend, Kanye West, were spotted out with baby Nori and their nanny as they visited an LA medical facility on Wednesday. 

The pic, obtained by TMZ, is the first photograph of Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and their daughter together as a family, with all three looking happy and healthy.

The 32-year-old reality star, who has not been seen in public since baby North was born eight weeks ago, looked fresh and happy alongside her beau, Kanye West.

Kim, who has reportedly been battling insecurities over her post-baby body, appeared confident as she showed off the results of the rigorous exercise and diet regime she has been following to already lose 30lbs.

Kim has been keeping an extremely low profile over the last few months as she “embraces” motherhood. Writing on her Celebuzz blog last month she admitted she was loving the experience.

“These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life. I’m enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family,” she wrote.

“I’ve been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes. It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment. Xo.”
